During 2006's South X Southwest Music Festival in Austin, Kristi made the rounds and ended up at, then-startup, music entertainment site Roxwel.com's launch party, where she made such an immediate impression upon the site's founders, that she was hired on the spot. She applied her years of music industry knowledge and started talking the talk and spreading the word about Roxwel.com online. She had such an alluring and immediate impact on fans of the site, who wrote in and demanded to see more of her, that Kristi soon found herself in front of the camera, hosting a rock music video countdown, interviewing artists at Lollapalooza and soon as the controversial queen of outrageous rock ‘n roll gossip on KRISTI LEE'S DIRRTY MOUTH.

"The show has really taken off," Kristi says from her Austin home. "I have this weird passion for other people's passion, which is a big reason I love this industry. My motto used to always be I don't want to be the next star...I want to make the next star. When I come across someone with talent and they have this passion for the music they are playing…I think it's such an amazing thing to be a part of."

Kristi's zany interview antics – and supermodel image – have made her an increasingly sought-after commodity for artists and bands on the rise, as well as organizations needing a face (and loud voice) to raise awareness for their cause. Among others, Kristi's lent her image and support to Hunnies For Hope, a non-profit organization who seeks to put an end to worldwide cruelty to children.
